This little beauty is a 2017 Limited Run Journeyman Fender Custom Shop Twisted Tele in Aged Blue Sparkle.  

This guitar is a beast, Fender's Twisted Tele pickups have been a fan favorite lately, a higher output pickup than your traditional tele pickup with a dash of "sparkling Stratocaster" tone mixed in.  

SONIC IMPRESSIONS:
This guitar sounds every bit as cool as it looks.  The neck position is fat and round sounding, while still retaining a nice bite in the upper mids.  Sounds amazing through a clean amp.  Turn on the overdrive and it sings out single note melodies and double stops with a rich, fat sound.  
The bridge position is a bit more aggressive than your typical tele pickup.  On the same clean setting that was fat and clean with the neck pickup, this can push your amp over the edge to have a little more bark with just a hint of breakup in the sound.  Kicking on an overdrive channel with the bridge position and it really opens up, retains the harmonic clarity of chords and lets single notes cut through a mix.
