A wall of amps that stacks behind many of the historic rock sounds. The amp that started the legend was the envy of guitarists. Animals Pedal Major Overdrive is an overdrive that creates the sound of an amp that produced the legendary rock tone. Made in the 1960s and 1970s, British-made amps later became legendary amps everyone wanted to own. The sound of that amp, later called the Plexi, is available in the Animals Pedal Major Overdrive. Speaking of Plexi, there may be an image of distortion sound. Certainly, if you want to create a rock sound quickly, you can add distortion to create an atmosphere. But a real Plexiamp doesn't really distort. It wasn't until the end of the Plexi era that the British stack was able to make strong distortions. Major Overdrive is an overdrive that allows you to create distortion from a slightly dirty clean tone of a plexiamp, to a crunch, and a little over the “full-ten” gain. In other words, not only the tone of the 70s plexiamp, but also the voltage is further lowered, and even the earliest "brown sound", which is said to have been distorted beyond full ten, is reachable. The hard rock sound of the early 70's seems to create a lot of distortion, but the gain is actually not that high. Dashing phrases using low strings increase the momentum because the sound comes out in front. Although the gain of the real Plexiamp is unexpectedly low, it is a distorted tone that stands out when combined in a band. With Major Overdrive, you can easily reproduce the "magic" by moving the GAIN knob near the center.
