The Fender Custom Shop is a division of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, housed within its headquarters complex in Corona, Riverside County, California. The Fender Custom Shop produces special-order guitars for customers through a Custom Shop dealer network, creates limited edition high end quality guitars, builds limited edition amplifiers, and does some research & design for the parent company. Alder body is finished in a classic Fiesta Red nitro lacquer, period correct, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes. The Journeyman finish is unbelievable; the attention to detail here is meticulous and super authentic. The plain grain Maple neck With a 9.5" radius and 21 6105 frets and a 1.650" nut width this guitar is posed and ready for action. It also features a '63 Style "C" neck shape which measures .830"
